Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Booking and Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Once your deposit is received, your selected yacht and time slot are confirmed and reserved.
Weather and Safety Conditions
Refunds are issued only if the captain determines that it is unsafe to depart due to severe weather conditions or mechanical issues. Conditions such as light rain, overcast skies, or mild wind do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
No-Show Policy
If you choose not to board the yacht on the day of your scheduled charter, your deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be applied to cover crew readiness and preparation costs.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Booking
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a refund. However, if the cancellation occurs on the same calendar day as the booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations 14 Days or More Before Charter Date
If you cancel your reservation 14 or more days before your scheduled departure, your deposit is not forfeited. Instead, you may:
- Reschedule your trip on the same yacht within 12 months, or
- Transfer the reservation to a friend or family member for a future date
Cancellations Within 14 Days of Departure
If you cancel your charter within 14 days of your scheduled trip, the deposit is forfeited. This policy compensates for the owner’s loss of scheduling opportunities and preparation costs.
