Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to Good Times Charters. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who books or inquires about a yacht charter through our platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services.
Booking and Deposit
To confirm your yacht charter, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your selected yacht and time slot. Final payment is not processed through the website and must be completed in person on the day of the charter.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment Processing
Deposits are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways, including Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store or process any credit card information directly. All payment providers used by Good Times Charters comply with applicable PCI-DSS security standards.
Cancellations and Refunds
Please refer to our Deposit & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled trip may allow deposit transfer or rescheduling. Cancellations within 14 days result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Refunds are only issued under specific safety conditions determined by the captain.
Safety and Conduct
All passengers must comply with the safety instructions provided by the captain and crew. The captain reserves the right to terminate the charter without refund in cases of unsafe behavior, intoxication, or refusal to follow safety guidelines.
Passengers board and participate at their own risk. Life jackets and safety gear are provided onboard and must be used when instructed.
Weather Policy
Charters operate under varying weather conditions. Light rain, clouds, or mild wind are not valid reasons for cancellation. Only in cases of severe weather or unsafe boating conditions, as determined solely by the captain, may a trip be canceled or rescheduled with refund eligibility.
Liability
Good Times Charters and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your charter experience, unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct on our part.
By booking a trip, you acknowledge the inherent risks of marine activities and accept full responsibility for your personal safety and belongings.

Any personal information submitted through our booking or inquiry forms (such as name, email, and phone number) is used solely to coordinate your charter. This data is stored securely and not shared with third parties, except as required to facilitate your experience (e.g., contact with captain or crew).
